Looking at Natasha’s closed eyes and puckered lips, Dustin felt mesmerized by her beauty.
“Is something wrong with your mouth? Does it hurt?” he asked, completely confused.
“What are you talking about? I’m letting you kiss me,” Natasha said, clearly frustrated.

However, when he turned back to Natasha, he noticed her perfect skin and bright red lips. Suddenly, he realized what he might be missing.
“Anyway, I’m done teasing you. Let’s get serious,” Natasha interrupted his thoughts. “Recently, Edwin took most of the main team from Harmon Pharmaceuticals, so we need new leaders to reorganize. With your amazing medical skills, how about becoming my honorary chief physician?”
“I don’t think I’m right for that,” Dustin replied, sounding unsure.
He was great at healing and saving lives, but he had no experience in leading others.
“Honestly, you won’t have to do much for the job. Just help me keep an eye on things from time to time. If you decide it’s not for you, you can just keep the title,” Natasha reassured him.
“until I find another good fit for the position,” he said.
Noticing his doubt, Natasha gave him a sad look. “If you don’t help me, I’ll just have to sit back and watch as Edwin destroys Harmon Pharmaceuticals,” she warned.
Feeling hopeless and unsure how to say no, he finally agreed. “Fine… I guess I can try.”
“I knew you’d help! Let’s go! Come to my place first, and I’ll explain your duties and responsibilities!” Natasha cheered, her face lighting up with excitement. She quickly grabbed him and led him to her car.
Meanwhile, half an hour later at Java Joys, Ruth was sitting with her mother, Jessica. They were entertaining a few guests, including a handsome young man in a nice suit and an older man wearing a lab coat.
The young man spoke up first. “I’ll get straight to the point, Ms. Ballard. I’m here to investigate the traitor. Also, I want to help my cousin take down Swinton’s pharmaceutical market so my family can move forward.”
“Natasha will be glad to have your help, Quentin. Just remember, she has a bit of a temper and doesn’t like anyone meddling in her business,” Jessica said with a smile.
“I can’t back down now, especially since this is part of my family’s plan. As long as my cousin doesn’t make choices that go against our interests, I’ll support her,” Quentin replied, taking a sip of his tea.
“Honestly, it sounds like you’re just here to spy on my sister!” Ruth said, frowning.

“I’ve heard those rumors too, but I believe Natasha can handle it,” Jessica replied, her expression steady.
“Eternumax is the result of years of hard work by the Harmons. It could have given us a big advantage in the pharmaceutical market in Swinton. Now that this has happened, the people at headquarters are furious. That’s why they sent an expert,” Quentin explained. He then gestured toward the elderly man sitting next to him. “This is Mr. Wangley. He’s an expert in medical research, and he will be the new chief physician for Harmon Pharmaceuticals.”
Just as Quentin finished speaking, a loud voice interrupted from outside the cafe.
“I’ve already found the right person for the job, Quentin! No need to bother Mr. Wangley anymore!” Natasha declared as she walked in, linking arms with Dustin.
“What!” Quentin exclaimed, his face darkening as he took in the sight of the two of them together. He had heard rumors about Natasha dating someone, but he hadn’t expected it to be true. If the Grant family found out, their families’ plans for the marriage would definitely be affected.
