An Understated Dominance - Chapter 230
Buying 50% of the shares for 50 million dollars felt like stealing. The group didn’t want to upset Boulderthorn, so they decided to sacrifice Dustin instead. They thought this way, they wouldn’t have to pay a big price and could still maintain a good relationship with Boulderthorn.
However, they didn’t expect Dustin to be so stubborn. He refused to give up the shares and even fought back against Brody. To make matters worse, Natasha returned just in time to support Dustin’s actions. Everything was chaotic, and they couldn’t find a solution.
“Natasha Harmon! Break his arms and legs right now! This is an order! If you don’t, we won’t be kind to the Harmon family!” Brody shouted as he struggled to stand, looking furious.
“Mr. Williams, I’m sorry, but I can’t do that,” Natasha replied calmly. “Boulderthorn may be strong, but the Harmon family is not weak. No one can easily harm us.”
“Are you really going to defy Boulderthorn for him?” Brody asked through clenched teeth.
“Dustin is part of the Harmon family. It’s our duty to protect him. If Boulderthorn doesn’t back down, he’ll have to get through me first,” Natasha replied firmly.
“Fine! If you want to block our way, don’t blame us for turning against the Harmon family!” Brody said angrily as he threw a note to Natasha. “My father said if you refuse, we will settle this in the battle ring with deathmatches!
“If you win, Boulderthorn will never bring this up again. But if you lose, you must give up your shares in Immortunal!”
“You have one chance. I challenge you!” Brody said confidently, looking like he was sure he would win.
“Sure, I accept. You can choose the time and place,” Natasha replied without hesitation.
“Let’s meet at Williams Dojo tonight at eight,” he said coldly before leaving.
“Natasha Harmon! Have you lost your mind? How can you provoke Boulderthorn just because of this little boy toy?” Quentin exclaimed, clearly upset.
He thought to himself that Boulderthorn’s connections were way more important than that simple guy.
“It’s none of your business what I decide,” Natasha shot back. “Do you really think I don’t know who got Boulderthorn involved in this?”
Quentin looked guilty at her accusation.
“Natasha, Boulderthorn is one of the most powerful guilds in Balerno. You’re asking for trouble,” Jessica warned, frowning with concern.
If they lost the battle, they would have to give up their shares, and it would damage the Harmon family’s reputation.
“Mr. Williams is strong, but that doesn’t mean we can’t win,” Natasha said confidently.
“Win? How? We don’t even have enough people to fight,” Jessica complained.
Natasha wasn’t worried. “Who says we don’t? I’ve already invited an expert from The Hundred Immortals.”
“The Hundred Immortals? Who is it?” Jessica asked, eager to know.
Instead of answering, Natasha clapped her hands. An old man with gray hair and a hawked nose stepped forward quickly. He wore a black shirt and had a tall, muscular build. He moved silently, almost like a ghost.
“Is this the King of Kicks, ranked ninth among The Hundred Immortals?”
“Hundred Immortals?” Quentin gasped as he saw the old man.
The Hundred Immortals were legendary figures, especially the top ten. Among them, the King of Kicks held the ninth position and was known for his incredible kicking skills. He had trained his legs for years, making his kicks unmatched.
Quentin remembered watching the King of Kicks casually flip a car with just one kick. There was no question about how skilled he was.
