“Don Juan?” Dustin couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Why was he being called a playboy just for putting medication on his patient?

“Ms. Harmon, there’s been a misunderstanding. He’s just helping me with my injuries,” Dahlia said, unable to hide a small smile at the jealousy on Natasha’s face.

“Well, if you don’t believe me, there’s nothing more I can do,” Dahlia replied, slowly putting on her clothes with a teasing look.

“Hmph! I need some medication too!” Natasha declared as she sat down next to Dustin and began unbuttoning her shirt.

“Hey, what are you doing?” Dustin exclaimed, shocked, and quickly stopped her.

She shot him an annoyed look. “What? You can help her but not me?”

“That’s because you’re not hurt!” Dustin felt helpless against the wealthy young lady acting like a spoiled child.

“Who says I’m not? I’m hurt in my heart, and that’s worse than her injuries! Just touch it, and you’ll see!” Natasha puffed out her chest, daring him to do something.

“Dustin, my back hurts. Can you put more medication on it?” Dahlia chimed in as she took off her top again.

Dustin was feeling overwhelmed with a headache from dealing with both of these challenging women. They were always passive-aggressive with each other, and calming them down was no easy task.

“Caitlyn! Can you help them out? I’ll get lunch ready!” His eyes lit up when he saw his reliable assistant. He quickly took the groceries from her and hurried into the kitchen. Getting away was one way to avoid trouble.

“Hmph!” The two women glared at each other, both putting on their own expressions of annoyance.

After a busy time in the kitchen, Dustin finally served everyone a delicious four-course lunch. The soup smelled amazing and tasted just as good.

“Dear, have some grilled ribs! You’ve lost some weight!” Natasha smiled as she placed a piece of rib on his plate. Dustin thanked her and quickly took a bite, smiling at the flavor.

“What’s so great about ribs? You should try the chicken Alfredo. I know you love it best,” Dahlia chimed in, adding a piece of chicken to his plate.

“Grilled ribs are better! They’re juicy and chewy. The texture is fantastic!” Natasha insisted, putting another rib on his plate.

“To each their own! Dustin never gets tired of chicken Alfredo. You can’t compare it to ribs,” Dahlia said with a faint smile, piling more chicken onto the growing mountain of food on Dustin’s plate.

“Ribs are better!” Natasha argued.

“The chicken Alfredo is nicer!” Dahlia countered.

“Ribs!” Natasha insisted again.

“Chicken!” Dahlia shot back.

As the two women continued to argue while adding more food to Dustin’s plate, he found himself overwhelmed. The lunch he prepared was quickly disappearing, leaving him unsure of where to start.

Caitlyn watched the exchange helplessly, wishing she could grab some of the meat, but she had lost her chance.

“Dustin, my darling, which is better—the chicken or the rib?” After their debate, the women turned their intense gazes to him, and he felt a wave of anxiety wash over him.

“They’re both great!” he said with a nervous smile.

“No! You can only pick one!” they demanded, glaring at him with a fierce intensity.
