Edwin pulled the trigger, aiming a bullet at Gloria. In that critical moment, the strong Cougar stepped in front of her, crossing his arms protectively. At the same time, two heavy metal rings slid out of his sleeve.

The sharp sound of metal clashing echoed as the bullet veered off course when it hit the rings. Cougar stood his ground like a giant, not showing any fear of Edwin.

“How dare you shoot at my grandma? You’re asking for trouble! Cougar, I want him hurt!” Dakota shouted, giving orders.

“Got it!” Cougar laughed and leaped into the air, moving like an arrow. He crashed down toward Edwin with incredible speed, shattering the tiles beneath him.

“That’s nothing but a cheap trick!” A small man in a cap, standing behind Edwin, suddenly sprang into action and charged at Cougar. The two collided, creating a loud explosion. As the dust settled, everyone could see that the small man had caught Cougar’s fists in his hands. The force of their impact had broken the tiles below.

Cougar’s eyes widened in shock as he grunted. He never expected anyone could stop his punch.

“Boss, he doesn’t look like our target today,” said the short guy, holding his cap to keep it from blowing away. He shot a cool glance at Edwin. “If you want him dead, you need to pay more.”

“50 million for each person,” Edwin replied calmly.

“Haha! No problem!” The short guy smiled excitedly.

“You’re asking for trouble!” Cougar felt insulted and angrily threw a punch. It was a powerful blow that could break metal.

“You don’t know your limits,” the short guy said, shaking his head. He suddenly lunged at Cougar, dodging the punch and landing a hard hit to Cougar’s stomach.

A dull thud echoed as Cougar, who had survived a knife stab before, felt something was wrong. The short guy’s fist had gone through his abdomen and out the back, creating a horrifying, bloody scene.

Cougar froze in disbelief, staring at the fist that had pierced his body. He had trained for years, building a strong physique, and never imagined someone could hurt him like this.

“How is that possible?” Gloria and the others gasped in fear and shock. They knew Cougar was strong enough to take on a hundred men and could even defend against guns. They were stunned to see him defeated by a martial arts expert in one move.

“50 million pocketed,” the short guy said with satisfaction.
