An Understated Dominance - Chapter 468
“More aggressive means?” Hector and the rest of the Harmons were shocked by Dustin’s suggestion. They stared at him, wondering if he had lost his mind. Did he really want to go after the Grants in a more aggressive way? Was he looking for trouble?
“Dustin, if you want to get yourself killed, that’s on you. But don’t drag us into it!” Jessica said firmly, frowning. She believed that her daughter’s rebellion and the way she publicly called off her marriage were Dustin’s fault, which made her resent him.
“Tyler Grant isn’t just anyone. He’s smart, strong, brave, witty, and he has military training. Trying to make him back off will be tough,” Hector said, shaking his head.
“Everyone has weaknesses. If I can find Tyler’s weakness, I can turn things around. We have 10 days left, and I promise to handle everything,” Dustin said confidently.
“Be careful, boy. Don’t push too hard, or you’ll get yourself into serious trouble,” Hector warned him seriously. He appreciated what Dustin was trying to do, but he didn’t want to see him get hurt.

“Don’t worry, Mr. Harmon. I know what I’m doing,” Dustin replied, nodding.
“Dustin, why don’t you stay at the Harmon villa for a few days? I doubt Tyler would cause any trouble while you’re here,” Natasha suggested.
“No!” Jessica immediately rejected Natasha’s idea. “If the Grants find out Dustin is staying here, it will make everything worse!”
“Well, things are already falling apart between us. Will it make any difference?” Natasha raised an eyebrow.
“The situation can still be fixed, but if you keep provoking Tyler, you’re putting us all in serious danger!” Jessica said firmly. With the power and influence that the Grants had, they were not to be taken lightly.
the Grants and talk things over?” Natasha suggested. She felt a wave of frustration wash over her. “Maybe if we explain our side, they’ll reconsider.”
Hector shook his head. “That might not work. The Grants don’t play by the same rules as us. They might just see it as a sign of weakness.”
Natasha frowned. “So what are we supposed to do then? Just sit back and wait for them to strike?”
“Not exactly,” Hector replied. “We need to be smart about this. We can gather information, find out what the Grants are planning. Then we can come up with a better approach.”
Natasha nodded slowly, trying to absorb her father’s advice. “I just wish things were different. I hate feeling so powerless.”
“Believe me, I understand. But we can’t let our emotions drive our decisions. We have to stay level-headed,” Hector said firmly.
As they stood there, both lost in their thoughts, Natasha suddenly had an idea. “What if we reach out to someone who knows the Grants? Maybe they can give us insight on how to handle this.”
“That’s a good plan,” Hector agreed. “We can look for allies who might be able to help us.”
Feeling a spark of hope, Natasha felt a bit lighter. “Let’s do it. We need to take action before it’s too late.”
With a newfound determination, they began to strategize, ready to face the challenges ahead.
“Grandpa?” Natasha asked nervously.
“Why should we go to him? We, the Harmons, don’t need his help!” Hector’s face grew cold. He was usually calm, but now he seemed upset, as if Natasha had touched on a sensitive topic.
Seeing her father’s agitation, Natasha chose not to say anything more. Jessica, standing nearby, sighed as she listened to their conversation. It felt like it would be impossible to mend the rift between their two families.
Meanwhile, in the backseat of a luxurious car…
