When they looked closer, they realized it was Julie Amberson. “Dustin, why are you here?” Julie asked, surprised to see him.

“Why not? I’m the Chief Security Officer,” Dustin replied, taking a bite of an apple.

“Chief Security Officer? Dahlia, are you serious? I’m just a secretary, but you made him the chief officer. Why?” Julie was shocked.

“I don’t need to explain my decisions to you,” Dahlia shot back, giving Julie a stern look.

“By the way, I’m surprised you still call yourself a secretary. You were 32 minutes late on your first day. How unprofessional!” Dahlia had hoped Julie would improve after being pushed by Florence and her aunt, but she was disappointed in Julie’s attitude.

“I got stuck in traffic! I had no choice! Besides, I was only half an hour late. That’s not a big deal, right?” Julie shrugged it off.

“Didn’t I ask you to be in the meeting room with the materials half an hour before the meeting? You weren’t even there when the meeting ended! How can you say it’s not a problem?” Dahlia slammed her hands on the table in frustration. “What? Is the meeting over?” Julie looked confused.

“Fortunately, I memorized everything before the meeting. Otherwise, I would have been waiting on you,” Dahlia said, clearly annoyed. Today was important for her as chairman, but Julie seemed unconcerned.

“Dahlia, it’s my fault. I’ll be more careful in the future,” Julie said, her cheeks turning red with shame.

“I’ll let this one slide, but don’t let it happen again!” Dahlia warned, and Julie nodded quickly. “Now, go do some research on the Flame Dragon Gang for me.”

“The Flame Dragon Gang?” Julie’s eyes widened at the mention of the gang. “Dahlia, how did you…?”

“Get involved with them? They’re ruthless!”

“Why? Have you heard of them?” Dahlia asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Of course! The Flame Dragon Gang is notorious for being evil around here. Anyone who crosses them faces a terrible fate!” Julie replied, her face serious.

“They sound powerful,” Dahlia said, frowning.

“Dahlia, what was this debt situation you mentioned earlier?” Julie asked carefully. Dahlia then explained everything that had happened during the board meeting.

After hearing the details, Julie looked shocked. “D–Dahlia, are you serious? You want the Flame Dragon Gang to pay their debt?”

“Yes, it’s only fair to settle debts,” Dahlia responded, her expression serious.

“Oh, Dahlia, the Flame Dragon Gang is the one that chases after their debtors. No one has ever demanded payment from them!” Julie was scared. “A billionaire once complained about them and guess what happened? His family of eight disappeared overnight, and they were never found! Hank Hoffman is sending you to your doom by asking you to collect that debt! You can’t do this!”

“I promised to resolve this. I need to see it through,” Dahlia said firmly.

“Dahlia, is money really worth your life? You’re putting yourself in danger by asking them for payment!” Julie panicked at Dahlia’s determination.

“That’s enough. Stop arguing,” Dustin said, finishing his apple and getting up. “The Flame Dragon Gang isn’t a big deal. I’ll get them to pay the 70 million debt. I promise that I will.”

“You will get back every single cent the company is owed!”

Julie froze and gave a sneer. “You? Who do you think you are? You really have the nerve to ask the Flame Dragon Gang for money!”

He smiled at her and said, “To be honest, I’m the leader of the Flame Dragon Gang.”
