York Corporation does not force its employees to work overtime. As long as they complete their tasks, they can leave early instead of staying late.

However, if their work remains unfinished by the end of the day, they feel compelled to stay late, as that day’s tasks cannot be postponed.

“No, but I can see what’s happening. Zachary, just listen to me and you’ll be fine. Tonight, buy a gift to take home and win over your wife,” Josh advised. “Help me investigate Hank Brown from Waltham Electronics. He’s a manager there and is highly trusted by his employees, but I suspect he may be involved in unethical activities.”

“Boss,” he said.
“Are you planning on poaching him? Wait a minute, that name sounds familiar. Isn’t he your brother-in-law?”
Josh had a strong memory and recognized the name immediately.
He didn’t want to dig too deep. It wasn’t his fault that his boss constantly asked him to investigate!
He was only aware of the situation because he had no other option.
“Yes, it’s him. I suspect he’s having an affair. Please have your team gather evidence and send it to me. Keep this under wraps; I’m not entirely sure about it myself.”
