Married at First Sight Chapter 4433
Zhan Yin took Yangyang to kindergarten and happened to run into Zhou Honglin at the school gate.
Zhou Honglin had just dropped off a passenger nearby. After getting out of the car near the kindergarten, he didn’t accept any new ride requests and instead parked in front of the school, waiting for Zhan Yin to arrive with Yangyang.
Since Haitong gave birth, it was mostly Zhan Yin who took Yangyang to school, and Zhou Honglin had already figured out their usual arrival time.
“Mr. Zhan, Yangyang!”

Zhou Honglin waited for a while, and when he finally saw his son, he called out happily and walked quickly toward them.
Yangyang lit up with joy.
Zhan Yin, holding his hand, let go at just the right moment.
Yangyang trotted over to his father.
Zhou Honglin picked him up and kissed his cheeks several times.
Yangyang wrapped his arms around his father’s neck and asked cheerfully, “Dad, why are you here?”
“Were you waiting for me?”
Zhou Honglin smiled and said, “Yes, Dad was waiting for you.”
“Dad.”
“Hmm?”
“My little brother is so cute.”
“Oh, then you have to be very kind to him.”
Yangyang nodded. “Of course I will. He’s my little brother. Dad, Mom said she’ll give me more brothers or sisters in the future.”
Zhou Honglin’s smile stiffened for a moment, but he quickly recovered and replied with a gentle smile, “Oh, really? Then you’re going to be the big brother. You’ll have to love and take care of your younger siblings.”
“If your mom does have more children, you’ll need to help her take care of them. That’s what a big brother does.”
Yangyang nodded earnestly.
“Dad, why don’t you give me a brother or sister?”
Zhou Honglin was stunned again.
He suddenly thought of the child he was supposed to have with Ye Jiani.
That child had never been born. It had died in the womb.
Even though he and Ye Jiani later had a serious falling out and their relationship ended, that unborn child had still been his flesh and blood.
Although he and Ye Jiani had a serious fight later and their relationship fell apart, the child had still been his own flesh and blood.
It was all his fault.
He had hurt Ye Jiani, his unborn child, and even Liberty and her son.
If all those things hadn’t happened, the baby in Ye Jiani’s womb would have been born safely and would be two years old by now.
“It’s enough for Dad to have Yangyang.”
Zhou Honglin didn’t want to talk to his son about any of that.
Yangyang had only been two or three at the time and didn’t understand or remember what had happened between the adults.
“Dad, I will always love you.”
Yangyang was naturally sweet and affectionate.
He believed his mom and Uncle Lu would give him a little sister someday, but his dad wouldn’t have any more children. That meant he would be his dad’s only child, so he wanted to love his dad even more.
Zhou Honglin replied gently, “Dad will always love Yangyang.”
When they reached the school entrance, he reluctantly put his son down, patted his head, and said, “Go on in with the teacher.”
Yangyang turned and waved to Zhan Yin. “Uncle, goodbye. Please come pick me up this afternoon.”
Zhan Yin nodded with a smile.
Yangyang then said goodbye to his father again before following the teacher inside.
Zhan Yin didn’t walk closer. Once Yangyang was out of sight, he turned and prepared to leave.
“Mr. Zhan,” Zhou Honglin called out quickly.
Zhan Yin stopped, turned around, and asked, “Mr. Zhou, is there something else?”
“I bought some supplements for Haitong. They’re in my car. I’ll go get them for you—something to help nourish her.”
Zhan Yin wanted to say that his wife already had everything she needed, but he swallowed those words.
Forget it—this was a small gesture from Yangyang’s father, and it was better to accept it.
Whether he gave them to Haitong or not was another matter, but accepting them would help put Zhou Honglin at ease.
After all, they couldn’t completely cut ties—Yangyang was still in the middle.
