Seducing My Ex's Father In Law Chapter 494
I considered calling Dr. Pierce to examine her, but before I could act, Judy stirred—offering a small sliver of hope that she was coming to. Still, the waiting wasn’t over. She remained asleep for several hours, occasionally letting out small noises. I placed a warm cloth on her forehead and kept a close watch on her until, at last, she opened her eyes.
“Don’t try to move,” I said, gently stroking the side of her face. “You passed out.”
She blinked slowly, clearly confused. Her brows drew together as she looked around the room, trying to make sense of her surroundings.
“How did I get here?” she asked in a faint whisper. “The last thing I remember, I was in the forest.”
That made sense. I figured she must’ve blacked out in her human form, and it was her wolf who had stayed conscious—just enough to get them both out of the forest.

“You passed out,” I explained. “Your human side lost consciousness, but luckily your wolf was strong enough to bring you back in one piece.”
She exhaled, and her eyes flickered as the memory returned. They clouded over, and my chest tightened at the sight.
“Judy, tell me what happened in the forest,” I said gently. “What scared you and your wolf so badly?”
She sat up slowly, her eyes haunted.
“I found Sammy,” she said, locking eyes with me. “She was talking to Ethan in the forest. I… I thought I could trust her. I even came to see her earlier today.”
“You saw her today?” I asked sharply, my eyes narrowing. “While she was supposed to be in lockdown?”
She bit her lip and gave a single nod.
“Yes…” she said softly. “I needed to know if our friendship meant anything. Not knowing was killing me. She told me Ethan had switched allegiance to her father and that’s why they were meeting—she said it was nothing more.”
“So, I was right,” I muttered under my breath.
“I believed her…” Judy whispered. “But then I saw her wolf—the same one that saved me during the competition.”
I nodded, already aware of that detail.
“Go on,” I urged her quietly.
“Then I saw them again in the forest, talking,” she continued. “Ethan thought I had a company phone… I guess being part of your Elite Force made him assume I’d be issued one.”
My blood ran hot. This was exactly the situation I feared the moment I even considered making Judy part of the Elite Force. That’s why I hadn’t officially offered it to her yet. Every member receives a P.N.—a private network phone—for emergencies.
…and business-related matters. These phones contain sensitive information about the Landry Franchise—details the Elite Force is sworn to protect. Their primary responsibility is to keep outsiders away from this intel and ensure the company remains secure.
I should’ve known someone would try to access that information through Judy. Thankfully, she didn’t have a phone yet because I hadn’t made her an official member of the force. I didn’t plan to—not until the threat to my company was dealt with.
“She told him she didn’t want any part of it anymore,” Judy continued, her voice low as the memory played back in her mind. “He said he wouldn’t make her his Luna if she didn’t, and she reminded him who her father was. Then… they started kissing and tearing each other’s clothes off.”
My chest tightened at her words. So they were in a relationship? I should’ve seen that coming.
“I don’t remember what happened after that… everything just went black,” she admitted, glancing up at me.
I figured that must’ve been the moment Judy’s human consciousness faded within her wolf, and it was her wolf who managed to get them out of there. I wrapped my arms around her, agrokhabar net pulling her close—wishing I could shield her from everything she’d witnessed and felt. Her body softened against mine, and a faint smile touched my lips. Somehow, we calmed each other.
“It’ll be okay,” I promised her. “Let me handle everything.”
“I feel so stupid,” she whispered, tears filling her eyes. “I trusted her…”
I kissed the top of her head and drew in a deep breath.
“And now I need you to trust me,” I murmured.
I reached for my phone and dialed Taylor’s number. There was a chance he was still in wolf form, out hunting for Sammy and Ethan.
But he picked up quickly.
“Alpha,” he greeted.
“Any luck tracking them?” I asked.
“Derek mindlinked me. They spotted them fleeing. I’m headed that way now,” Taylor replied.
I nodded, even though he couldn’t see it.
“Keep me updated,” I ordered. “Once you catch them, I want them both banished. Ethan Cash and Sammy Churchill are never to step foot on my territory again.”
