“Call the police?” Hank asked with a cold tone. “Do you have any proof? If we were poisoned, the doctor would have found it yesterday. “But one billion dollars!” someone exclaimed. “Ye wants us to pull together a billion to fund assassinations against people like us. Who would agree to that?”

Hank responded, “Let’s see what the situation is tonight and confirm if it really involves Ye. Then we can come up with a plan. We might not even have to pay anything.”

The others thought for a moment and nodded in agreement. It was better to check it out than to regret not going.

They decided to elect Hank as their representative and contacted Steve.

Steve felt a bit anxious. He quickly looked down, worried he might have been drugged too. Even though he didn’t know what Charlie Wade was capable of, he knew he had some powerful pills. If he could make people younger, pills that could cause impotence were definitely possible.

Hank was furious.

Feeling down, Hank confronted Mr. Rothschild. “Do you really find it amusing to be sarcastic right now? You’ve hurt all of us. You called us here. Don’t you think we’ll tell everyone about this?”

Steve smiled back. “Go ahead and spread the word. Contact BBC and CNN right now. If you need help, I can assist you. Honestly, I can’t wait for you to make this public. People have always suspected I was involved with you all. Once this news is out, I’ll be seen as a hero in America!”

Hank was taken aback. He thought, “Wow, Steve has a point. My group is already in trouble, but the evidence against us isn’t fully out yet. If I go to the media first, Steve will team up with that Chinese guy, trick us into going to China, and do something terrible. Everyone in America will see Steve as a hero…”

He worried, “Then those Hollywood folks might praise him and make a movie about this. The Rothschild family has a lot of power in Hollywood. If that movie wins a bunch of awards at the Oscars, our lives will be over!”
