“Xuan Nu, 70% of the nations in our continent have already surrendered to the Temple. If this continues, I fear the entire Cangxuan Continent will become a vassal of the Temple!” Ashnu said anxiously.

“Don’t worry. I’ve already contacted my best friend—she’s bringing reinforcements. She’s from the Second Heaven,” Blue Lotus replied.

However, her words did little to calm the three rulers.

They knew the Temple’s invaders were clearly not from the First Heaven.

Moreover, the God Clan was considered powerful throughout the heavens. If not, they wouldn’t have been able to establish their own clan. All of them were known for their overwhelming arrogance and strength.

So even if help came from the Second Heaven, it might not make much of a difference.

“Xuan Nu, do you know when your friend will arrive? I’m afraid that in just a few days, all of Cangxuan Continent will fall,” the King of Dongmeng asked.

“She should be here soon. She can travel through time and space—it’ll be fast. Please, don’t panic…” Blue Lotus replied calmly.

But only she knew how anxious she truly was inside.

Not long ago, they had suffered an attack by Feihu City. They not only lost vast resources, but many of their people were captured and enslaved.

Now, with the Temple’s forces advancing with overwhelming strength, her fear only deepened.

Though the continent was vast and filled with monks, most of them were not strong enough.

They couldn’t possibly resist the Temple’s assault.

Against such an enemy, the only choices left were surrender—or death.

At this point, her only hope lay in Mo Qingyun arriving soon, bringing allies who could help turn the tide.

Just then, in a stretch of sky over Cangxuan Continent, a brilliant white light flashed—and figures began to appear one after another!

It was Kai and his group. But this time was different—they didn’t emerge from a teleportation array.

This time, they materialized directly in the air.

Looking down at the towering buildings beneath them, Kai frowned in confusion.

“Didn’t we use a teleportation array?” he asked.
Kai asked the question.

Just moments ago, while surrounded by the white light, he had felt an inexplicable pressure. He was forced to use his strength to protect himself.

That wouldn’t have happened with a regular teleportation array.

“Of course not. This is a space-time shuttle—far more advanced than a teleportation array.”

“A teleportation array requires formations at both the departure and destination points, and they have to be linked,” Mo Qingyun explained as he followed Kai.

“Space-time shuttle?” Kai suddenly understood. “So this is like an upgraded version of teleportation?”

Kai knew that teleportation allowed instant movement from one location to another.

But the usual teleportation range was very limited.

This space-time shuttle, however, covered thousands—or even hundreds of thousands—of miles.

“Something like that,” Mo Qingyun nodded, then dove toward the ground.

Once everyone landed, a man nearby immediately fixed a wary gaze on them.

“Who are you?” the man asked cautiously.

“Is this Cangxuan Continent?” Mo Qingyun responded.

“Yes,” the man nodded.

“I’m here to see your Xuannv…” Mo Qingyun said.

“You’re looking for our Xuannv?” the man looked confused, then asked, “Why are you looking for her?”

“She’s my friend. She invited me here. Is your Cangxuan Continent under attack?” Mo Qingyun asked.

“Yes,” the man nodded again, surprise appearing on his face. “Are you the reinforcements Xuannv sent for?”

“I suppose so,” Mo Qingyun replied.

Kai observed the man and noticed that he had only just reached the Scattered Immortal Realm.

There were other auras nearby, but they were all weak—most only at the Immortal Realm.

It was clear now: the overall strength of Cangxuan Continent was indeed very low.
