Serenity smiled.

Grandma had a habit of referring to her grandsons as pigs. How could such handsome pigs exist?

When no one was paying attention, Bianca stole a glance at Evan.

When the old lady arrived at the Stone family home, she alerted her grandchildren, who were still in Wiltspoon, to come and meet the elders.

Even though several seniors accepted the old lady’s invitation to visit Wildridge Manor, she still worried that they might change their minds and suddenly disappear. Where would she find them then?

Although they belonged to the same generation, she was not truly familiar with them; she had only heard about them, never met them in person.

She couldn’t even promise that these people would honor her invitation to Wildridge Manor.

After hearing what the old lady said, Silver Fox glanced at his apprentice and teased her with a smile: “Old Madam York, you don’t have to rush around anymore. Just look at my apprentice. Bianca is already in her twenties and still single. We encourage her to get married, but she, in turn, insists we find her a wife for her master. It’s quite frustrating. We’re all getting older and still urging her to marry, but she’s urging us to find a wife for her master instead. Why should we marry? I can’t marry an older woman and share my property with her.”

The old lady looked at Bianca and smiled. “She’s wonderful; I like her very much, and she would be a great match for Evan. However, Evan is a rebellious young man. He doesn’t want the good girl chosen for him and instead seeks someone whose name he doesn’t even know.”
