Even though it was a big opportunity, she felt stuck, as the Su family business was currently blocked and resources couldn’t be used. She wanted to talk to Charlie Wade about collaborating to revive these resources, but she worried he might hold a grudge against her and her family. After all, her father and the Su family had been rivals with the Ye family for a long time, even being linked to the death of Charlie’s parents.
Despite her concerns, Su Zhiyu saw a glimmer of hope since the Ocean Shipping Group was now under her name. She felt she had some time to think through her next steps. Meanwhile, her father, Su Chengfeng, had tasked her brother, Su Zhifei, with figuring out Su Zhiyu’s plans for the shipping group. Su Chengfeng was anxious that Su Zhiyu might rush to sell off the group’s assets. If she did, it would be hard for him to recover from that loss.
Since the group was now hers, Su Zhiyu had full control over the resources and property. If she decided to sell the group, no one could stop her. Although the Su family couldn’t operate the business, they were still allowed to sell its assets. If Su Zhiyu converted the shipping group into cash and put it in her own account, it would leave Su Chengfeng in a very difficult position.
Su Zhifei was eager to help his younger sister, Su Zhiyu, after receiving an order from their grandfather. He even offered to pause some of his own business to assist her, insisting that as her brother, it was his duty to support her through this challenge.

Desperate for guidance, Su Zhiyu wanted to talk to Charlie Wade. She hoped he might have some good advice for her. Unsure if he would want to meet, she decided to take a chance and sent him a message on WeChat: “Charlie, do you have time to meet with me?”
When Charlie received her message, he was surprised. Although he wasn’t sure why Su Zhiyu wanted to see him, he guessed it was related to the Ocean Shipping Group. He quickly replied, “How about this afternoon?”
Su Zhiyu was excited and responded immediately, “That works for me! Where would be the most convenient place to meet?”

Charlie Wade thought about how closely Su Zhiyu was likely being watched by the Su family. Meeting her outside would probably attract Su Chengfeng’s attention. So, it made more sense for Su Zhiyu to come directly to Buckingham Palace.
If Ito Takehiko didn’t happen to live at Buckingham Palace, Su Zhiyu’s visit there, which was linked to the Ye family, would definitely raise suspicions with Su Chengfeng. But since Ito Takehiko is around, Su Zhiyu visiting him seems perfectly reasonable, and Su Chengfeng would likely not think twice about it.
