Charlie smiled and replied, “If you’re really interested in working together, then your finance team should transfer a 10 billion deposit to the Emgrand Group’s account first. If you can’t manage that, then you can’t leave.”

Charlie responded with a smirk, “What? Didn’t you say you wanted to work on projects worth hundreds of billions? If you’re serious about that, then you should have 10 billion available.
