Yunqiu glared at Zhong Zitao, gritting his teeth. “If you try to step outside this ward without my permission, I’ll make sure you won’t see your son again. Just stay put!”

Zhong Zitao trembled in fear and quickly replied, “Dad, I want to see my mother… Can you let her come here?”

Yunqiu snapped back, “Forget about her! You need to text your mother right now and tell her you’re going on a trip with your friends for a few days. Once you’re healed, then you can meet her!”
