Just as Jerome opened his mouth to retaliate, the ward door swung open, revealing a burly man accompanied by seven or eight underlings.
Upon spotting Zaz, Jerome pointed at Charlie. “Zaz, it’s this little brat! Teach him a lesson!”
With a frown, Zaz spoke in a chilling tone, “So, you’re the one who riled up my brother?”
Charlie smirked coldly and nodded. “What of it? Are you planning to beat me up as he instructed?”
Zaz looked puzzled; Charlie was a stranger to him, and he found it strange that Charlie showed no fear.

Charlie replied dismissively, “I’m from home.”
Jerome chimed in, “Zaz, this brat is a boytoy. He lives off women!”
Then, Jerome leaned closer to Zaz and whispered, “Zaz, this brat has no connections. You can beat him up as much as you please. I’ll take responsibility if anything goes wrong.”
