Observing her reaction, Lin Kefan could tell there was indeed someone she liked.
“You two, come here…” he called out to the two elders flanking him.
It’s important to note that the Left Blind Elder and Right Blind Elder were not bound to follow Lin Kefan’s orders, as they were chosen by Taoist Wuji to safeguard Lin Keting. They weren’t even from the Imperial City, so they weren’t obliged to heed the princes’ commands. Later, she mentioned that Kai was her husband, though it appears they aren’t officially married yet. They’ve likely made a private commitment to each other.”
