An Understated Dominance - Chapter 2330
**Chapter 2330**
The crowd was buzzing with excitement below the stage, but the atmosphere on the battle ring was tense.
Bill, once arrogant and dominating, now lay sprawled on the ground, blood spilling from his mouth. His face was pale, and his eyes were wide with fear, as if he had seen a ghost.
He couldn’t believe he had been defeated, especially after awakening his bloodline and transforming into his third form. What had Dustin done to him? It felt like a simple touch had drained his strength and ripped through his chest. Throughout the fight, he hadn’t sensed any energy from Dustin at all.
“No! This can’t be happening. I come from a noble bloodline. How can I lose to a mere human martial artist? It’s impossible!” Bill’s mind raced in disbelief. He refused to accept this crushing reality.
With gritted teeth, he summoned his bloodline power once more. Scarlet mist oozed from his wounds and began to flow into the gaping hole in his chest. As the blood energy revitalized him, a heart started to reform, and the surrounding flesh began to knit itself back together.
The spectators watched in awe and horror. Was this the terrifying regeneration ability of vampires? Even with his heart shattered, Bill could heal himself. He seemed like an indestructible beast, and only someone with overwhelming strength could truly defeat him.
“You’re pretty tough,” Dustin said with a smirk, though he wasn’t surprised. He had heard of the vampires’ resilience, and this only confirmed the stories. Any human martial artist would have been dead multiple times over with injuries like Bill’s, yet here he was, slowly regenerating his heart with his unique ability.
Bill had been struggling. If he had been a bit stronger, he might have posed a real threat. But right now, he just wasn’t enough. With that thought, Dustin stepped forward, ready to finish the match.
“Wait!” Bill said, his face turning pale. “If you have the guts, give me some time to fight you again.”
“Why? Do you have another trick up your sleeve?” Dustin asked, a bit unsure.
“Hmph! I underestimated you earlier. If we really fought, I might not lose this time,” Bill said, gritting his teeth.
His pride wouldn’t let him accept defeat, especially to someone he didn’t know. For someone from a noble bloodline, losing like this was shameful.
“If you have no more tricks, there’s no point in continuing this fight,” Dustin replied calmly. He slowly lifted his index finger, and a focused beam of white light began to form.
“I’ll fight you with everything I’ve got!” Bill shouted, his face twisted with anger. His body transformed into a swirling cloud of scarlet mist that rushed toward Dustin, moving in unpredictable ways.
“You’ve used this move before,” Dustin said, unfazed. He pointed his finger at the center of the scarlet mist, and a beam of white light shot out, hitting it hard.
The explosion broke apart the scarlet mist, leaving no trace behind. Suddenly, a bloody figure appeared silently behind Dustin.
“Go to hell!” Bill snarled, lunging at Dustin’s neck with deadly fangs.
Even though he was badly hurt, he could heal quickly with fresh blood. A martial artist like Dustin, with a strong life force, was the perfect source of nourishment for a vampire.
If Bill could drain Dustin’s blood, he would recover and gain a significant boost in strength.
Just when Bill thought he had won, he felt a sudden chill. His body froze in the air, and he looked down in disbelief. Dustin had somehow turned around and was holding him by the neck with one hand, lifting him effortlessly.
“Let me say this again. You’ve used this move before,” Dustin said, his face blank as he tightened his grip.
Bill’s face turned from pale to red as he struggled. He sensed a terrifying energy coming from Dustin. He knew that if Dustin unleashed it, he could destroy him in an instant, no matter how quickly he could heal.
Bill didn’t understand where this power came from, but every instinct in him screamed danger. It was a force he had only felt when facing his father. “No… Don’t!” Bill’s voice shook with fear. The need to survive took over his arrogance and pride. He lowered his head and began to plead for his life. “Don’t… don’t kill me… I surrender… I surrender!” His desperate cries echoed around them.
“It’s too late to surrender now,” Dustin said as he tightened his grip even more.
With a loud explosion, Bill’s head and body burst apart like a balloon. Blood rained down in a gruesome shower, leaving only scattered pieces behind.
No matter how tough one might be, life couldn’t survive such destruction.
