Chapter 3399
-Ezequiel had no involvement with his apprentice, Bianca.
A large group of people gathered to enjoy a lively meal together.
The atmosphere was pleasant, with everyone having a good appetite and the food being delicious.
Old Mr. Jimenez consumed half a bowl of rice, a bowl of soup, and a generous portion of vegetables. He still felt like eating more after the meal.
Several of his old friends remarked to Audrey, “Audrey, we typically eat very little. Each meal consists of merely a spoonful of rice, half a bowl of soup, and just a few dishes. There are no repercussions from our meals, and most of the dishes we have are vegetarian.”
Audrey glanced at Old Mr. Jimenez and advised, “Uncle Jimenez, you should eat more in the future. Maintaining your nutrition will improve your health.”
At his age, he should enjoy whatever he likes without reservation.
People come into this world primarily to savor all of its delicacies, as food enthusiasts often say.
Old Mr. Jimenez smiled and replied, “I’ve eaten too much today, so I’ll take a stroll to help digest. I’m getting older and find it harder to muster the energy to walk. However, it’s important to stay active; otherwise, my fitness will decline. I usually just wander around the yard, which only takes me half an hour.”
Sonny immediately perked up and said to Old Mr. Jimenez, “Great Grandpa, I’ll go for a walk with you! When we return, you can have a midnight snack.”
Everyone laughed at this.
Old Mr. Jimenez affectionately patted Sonny on the head and said, “Alright, let me sit for a bit, and then we can go for a walk together, just the two of us.”
The adorable baby turned to Serenity and asked, “Does Sonny usually have midnight snacks?”
“Let’s just say we eat. I need to drink some milk powder before bed, which counts as a midnight snack.”
Bianca instinctively interjected, “Do you still need to…?”
“Is it okay for children over three years old to drink milk powder?” Sonny’s little face flushed as he replied, “The kids in my class drink milk powder too.”
Serenity chimed in, “If he enjoys it, let him have it. It’s not a financial issue, and even if he’s over three, he’s still fond of milk. Once he’s a bit older, we can switch him to student milk powder.”
Bianca pondered for a moment and agreed with Serenity’s reasoning, saying, “I’ve never cared for a baby, so I’m not familiar with it. We should learn more in advance so that when we have a baby at home in the future, we won’t be inexperienced.”
Ezequiel then added, “Bianca, when you have a baby, you won’t need to handle everything yourself. Just let us look after a few babies, and I promise to take good care of them.”
Titus had made significant strides and was a prime example of this.
Of course, Titus was also quite gifted.
Serenity smiled and remarked, “When Bianca has a baby, she won’t want to give it away, unless a few experienced people are willing to stay with her.”
Ezequiel fell silent at this.
They all thought of Fabian Johnson, the son of Tim and Dr. Caden.
Did the old miracle doctor not care for Fabian? It was painful. The person who loved Fabian the most was him.
He wanted to help his apprentice take care of the baby daily, but he couldn’t stay at FC Manor all the time. He had other responsibilities, including training Titus, and the Johnson family was reluctant to leave Fabian in his care. Not just the Johnsons; even Dr. Lilian Carden couldn’t bear to part with him.
Thus, the old miracle doctor only visited FC Manor occasionally to see his grandson, Fabian.
“When I have a baby in the future, I plan to raise it until it’s three years old and then let the master help me train him.”
Bianca was…
The seniors possessed a wealth of skills and were in good health. As their children grew older, they were sent to the master for guidance, often surpassing her in ability. This arrangement allowed the children to demonstrate their filial piety in front of the master on her behalf, achieving two goals at once.
“You should find a man to marry quickly. You must marry before you can have children,” she advised.
Ezequiel was eager to push for marriage at every opportunity. He turned to the elderly woman and said, “Old Mrs. York, if you know of a suitable young man, please introduce him to Bianca so we can arrange her marriage swiftly. I get anxious seeing her grow older without a partner.”
Bianca replied, “Master, how can I be old? I’m only in my twenties.”
Ezequiel responded, “That’s thirty years old when rounded up.”
Bianca was left speechless. Well, that wasn’t too bad, either.
