Chapter 3538
If she wishes to have a second child, she must have a beautiful, fair-skinned daughter.
What a lovely daughter she would have.
A daughter is often more obedient than a son and tends to be less mischievous.
The fourth Mrs. Johnson remarked, “Didn’t you say you wouldn’t have a second child? If you’re considering it, you should wait a few years. When Fabian starts kindergarten, you two can think about having another child.”
She maintains a relaxed view regarding how many children her daughter-in-law wants. If her son and daughter-in-law choose to have as many children as they desire—or decide to remain childless as DINKs—she will not object.
The children are all grown up, have their own opinions, and know what they are doing. As long as they are happy, it doesn’t matter if they choose to marry, have children, or how many children they decide to have.
“Not right now; there’s no time for pregnancy and having a baby,” Lilian thought, as she planned to take a flight to Wiltspoon in the evening and then continue on to Jensburg with Grandpa Jimenez.
She was busy running around every day and truly didn’t have the time to conceive a second child.
Let’s wait until the little crying cat grows up a bit.
Tim was in no rush to have a second child. He believed having Fabian was enough, and whether or not they had another child was irrelevant. When asked if he desired a daughter, he replied that their Johnson family was only marginally better off than the York family in Wiltspoon.
In Fabian’s generation, there was already a girl named Avah, making it quite challenging for them to have another daughter.
Hadn’t they observed that the York family hadn’t had any girls for several generations?
It was quite fortunate for their Johnson family to have a daughter in nearly every generation.
Oh, but Ben’s generation had no sisters.
Tim was not in a hurry to have a second child.

There was another important reason why he chose to become a vegetarian when his wife was pregnant.
As they spoke, the voices of the old doctor and Titus could be heard from outside.
Titus, knowing that his master would return today, insisted on accompanying his adoptive parents to meet him. His friend Sonny, who had studied alongside him for many years, also came with his master.
“Master, I’m sure Fabian misses you.”
Titus pulled on Sonny, and the two of them jumped and skipped, making sure to chat with the old doctor as well.
The old doctor smiled and replied, “Fabian can’t speak, so how would you know he misses me? But I certainly miss both Fabian and you.”
His affection for Fabian was unparalleled, yet his love for Titus remained just as strong.
Titus, his disciple, was usually by his side.
“Fabian can talk, but I’m not sure what he means.”
“Sonny, are you hungry? I saved plenty of tasty snacks for you. They’re all delicious; I enjoyed them, so I thought you would too.”
Titus was thrilled to see Sonny.
Sonny replied, “I also brought you lots of tasty food and fun things.”
“Really? Let me see!” Titus eagerly anticipated the gifts his friend had brought.
“They’re all in my box. Auntie will help me carry it.”
Serenity, walking behind them, smiled and said, “Let’s eat first, and we can talk afterward.”
Jane added, “Wash your hands when you come in, and then you can eat.”
The two boys responded in unison.
They bounded into the house.
Watching the two boys, Serenity said to Jane, “I haven’t seen you in a while. Titus has grown a bit taller.”
Sonny was slightly shorter than Titus.
“He eats and sleeps well, is an optimist, and exercises frequently, which helps him grow quickly.”
When Titus came back to FC Manor for winter vacation, Jane noticed that her adopted son had gained height and a bit of weight.
Sonny was growing rapidly, likely making him the tallest among children of his age.
