**Chapter 0107: Bonus**
I couldn’t help but breathe in her scent. She smelled sweet, like vanilla and lavender. The desire that surrounded her made that scent even stronger, wrapping around me like a warm blanket.
I helped her up the stairs, feeling relieved that the rogues hadn’t come back. Once we were inside, I stepped outside to find a car waiting for us. Beta Taylor was leaning against it, looking relaxed. When he noticed me, he straightened up and got ready to greet us.
Outside, July narrowed his eyes as he caught a whiff of the scent in the air. His face turned pale.
“Damn, you weren’t joking,” he whispered.
“Just open the back door,” I muttered while walking toward the car.
Taylor opened the back door for us to enter. I helped Judy into her seat first, then I slipped in beside her, wrapping her close to my side. She hugged me tightly and rested her face against the side of the car, looking a bit puzzled.
My body was still warm, radiating heat in waves.
“Should we go to the hospital?” Taylor asked as he started the car and drove away from the hideout.
“No, take me to my villa,” I replied.
Taylor looked at me through the rearview mirror, a question resting on his lips.
“Are you sure about that?” he asked.
I responded with a low, threatening growl. He nodded, choosing not to say anything else. It took a moment for us to settle into a tense silence.
After a long journey, we finally returned to my villa. Judy had fallen asleep in my arms, and I couldn’t bear to let her go. I thanked Taylor for everything before I gently lifted Judy into my arms and carried her inside the villa.
I noticed that Adam, along with the maids, was staring at us with a look of shock on his face. His eyes were shining as he caught the scent of an unclaimed female wolf in heat. I felt the need to give him a warning.
As I walked by, I heard a low growl. The wolf quickly submitted; not even a male wolf in the presence of a female in heat could resist the power of a Lycan wolf.
I took Judy upstairs into my suite. She had just woken up.
Since we arrived home, she started whimpering and rubbing against me.
“It’s so hot…” she whispered. “Please…”
I could feel her lips brushing against the back of my neck.
I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself. I led her into the bathroom and gently sat her down on the counter. Then, I turned on the cold water in the bathtub.
She was sitting on the counter, looking a bit worried.

“Gavin…” she whispered, grabbing my arm and pulling me closer to her. I could feel my self-control slipping away, and I wasn’t sure how much longer I could hold back.
