The Amazing son in law Chapter 6197

Isn’t it a shame to miss out on the warm hospitality of the Sicilian people?
As he approached the manor, Charlie couldn’t help but express his thoughts. “Honestly, your manor doesn’t impress me much. Sure, it’s close to Changdao, but it’s not really part of it. It feels more like the entrance to Long Island, where all the affluent folks of New York reside. What does it say about you living here? Are we supposed to guard the gates for those rich people?”
He chuckled, smacking his forehead. “Oh, how could I forget your real profession—the underworld! You’re merely a grim reaper for the less fortunate, a bodyguard for the wealthy, and a servant to the powerful. Since you’re on the outskirts of Long Island, you fit right in as a bodyguard and a lackey. Quite the multitasker, aren’t you?”
“Damn it!” Antonio’s anger flared. He seized Charlie by the collar, his voice low and threatening. “You have no idea what you’re saying! You’ve stepped into my territory today, and you won’t leave here alive! Just remember your arrogance; I’ll relish watching you beg for mercy later!”
Despite being grabbed, Charlie remained calm and smiled at Antonio. “Oh, I forgot to mention—you can hold onto my collar, but there’s a cost. Whichever hand you use to grab me will lose its head. Your girl may be stunning, but this is non-negotiable.”
Antonio, taken aback by Charlie’s nonchalance, felt his temper rising and was about to strike him. But just then, a sharp whistle pierced the air behind him. Turning around, he saw a convoy of Cadillacs and a Rolls-Royce Phantom approaching from the corner.
His demeanor shifted instantly; he no longer cared about Charlie and quickly shoved him aside. “Hurry! Our distinguished guest has arrived! Let’s go greet him. And take the young lady to the banquet hall. This boy and his friends are going to the wine cellar!”
Without waiting for a response, he strode out with urgency.
As several men moved to escort Charlie, Gunbir, and Julia to the manor, Charlie suddenly shouted, “Hold it right there! Don’t make a move, or I’ll take your heads off!”
With his words, Charlie unleashed a wave of spiritual energy. The men instantly felt a chilling tremor throughout their beings, paralyzing them in place, too scared to act. Julia was taken aback; she knew her father’s men were ruthless, hardened criminals. Although they appeared polished in their suits and sunglasses, they were no strangers to violence. How could they be so intimidated by Charlie that they wouldn’t even budge?
She noticed a deep, indescribable fear reflected in their eyes.
Antonio and his followers, however, remained oblivious to the unusual scene unfolding around them. Their attention was fixed on the slowly arriving convoy.
As a few rushed out of the manor, the convoy finally arrived.
Antonio hurried to the Rolls-Royce Phantom, standing outside the car door with a newly ingratiating demeanor. He opened the back door with a flourish.
Inside, a middle-aged man sat. Antonio, who had been so arrogant moments before, now bent low outside the car, speaking respectfully. “Welcome to New York, Your Honor Mr. Aman Ramovich!”
