With that, he parked the vehicle outside the gates of Zijin Villa.
Just then, the doors of Zijin Villa swung open, and Qiu Yingshan (Curtis), along with his wife and Jacob, emerged. The trio swiftly descended the stairs with purpose.
Before stepping out of the car, Charlie Wade inquired of Don Albert, “What has Zhang Ermao (Cade) been up to lately?”
Don Albert promptly responded, “Master Wade, Ermao has been managing my previous business recently. He’s doing quite well, even outperforming me! The increase in both performance and income has been significant.”
Charlie Wade nodded and asked, “What’s the annual revenue from your business?”
After a moment of consideration, Don Albert replied, “In the past, after accounting for all expenses such as feeding horses and various management costs, I would only net over 100 million. However, now with more support from Miss Moore and with the Emgrand Group’s involvement in many ventures, along with the Shang Wade family’s monthly income from some businesses, I estimate it to be around 700 million annually.”
Charlie Wade acknowledged this and mentioned, “Last time I narrowly defeated Willie, Zhang Ermao (Cade) played a crucial role. I promised him a lifetime of prosperity. However, given Zhang Ermao’s potential, it’s better not to give him a lump sum. Instead, offer him 30% of his business earnings. That should motivate him to work even harder. I’ll make sure to cover that 30% for you when the time comes.”
Don Albert quickly objected, “Master Wade, you know how much I owe you. You saved my life, and I wouldn’t dream of asking for such a small amount of money for your support.”
Charlie Wade waved his hand, asserting, “It’s a matter of principle. I won’t use your funds to repay my favors.”

Seeing Charlie Wade’s determination, Don Albert had no choice but to concede. He quickly exited the vehicle, walked around to the right, and opened the door for Charlie Wade.
Charlie Wade stepped out, and Qiu Yingshan (Curtis) and the others greeted him respectfully, “Hello, Mr. Wade!”
Charlie Wade nodded slightly and replied, “I’m here to see Miss.”
Lao Zhang hurriedly said, “Mr. Wade, the Miss specifically asked me to come and pick you up. She is already waiting for you in the courtyard on the top floor.”
“Alright,” Charlie Wade smiled and said to Don Albert, “You can head back now. Remember what I said, just drop it for today.”
Don Albert responded respectfully, “Don’t worry, Master Wade. I’ll take care of everything today!”
Charlie Wade nodded slightly, bid him farewell, and then walked into Purple Mountain Villa accompanied by Qiu Yingshan (Curtis), Lao Zhang, and the others.
