Chapter 3517
Tania called Audrey only after Serenity had taken Sonny and left.
Audrey answered the call promptly.
“Did Serenity leave?” Audrey inquired.
“She just departed. I watched her and Sonny board the private plane, saw it take off and disappear before calling you. Unless she possesses super hearing, she won’t hear our conversation,” Tania explained.
“Thank you for letting me know,” Audrey replied.
“We’re family, so there’s no need for formalities. We share the same goal,” Tania responded courteously.
Audrey smiled. “You’re very considerate. Once this is all over, let’s have a meal together. My treat.”
Despite being the most distinguished women in Wiltspoon, Tania and Audrey had never shared a meal outside. Even after Serenity married into the York family, making them relatives, the two leaders had never arranged a dinner together.
Their bond was not as close as Tania’s connections with Mrs. Bucham and Mrs. Lewis.
The Bucham and Lewis families had maintained long-standing good relations with the Yorks, and Tania had close ties with both ladies, naturally fostering their relationship.
“Sure, I’d be happy to join you. I won’t hesitate,” Tania agreed enthusiastically.
After the call ended, Tania turned to the elderly woman and asked, “Mom, what do you think will happen in Jensburg?”
Grandma May responded, “Clarissa will likely choose to die together.”
Tania’s expression turned pale. “Won’t Liberty and the others be in danger?”

“Not at this moment. Once Audrey brings Uncle Jimenez over, it will probably come to an end. The multi-generational grievances of the Farrell family should be resolved,” Grandma May said.
Many of the Farrell family’s rules would also change with this resolution.
“Ezequiel asked his apprentice to gather
His apprentice, who is more skilled than Julian, uncovered Clarissa’s plan and warned Liberty to be cautious. “There’s no turning back now,” she added.
If they retreated, the issue would remain unresolved. Only by confronting it directly and making a decisive break could they avoid further complications.
Tania understood the situation but still felt anxious. Two young masters from their York family were in Jensburg. Suddenly, they heard footsteps outside.
The mother-in-law and daughter-in-law quickly shifted their conversation to lighthearted topics.
The old lady asked, “How is Tatum doing in Annenburg? Is his work going well? He needs to work hard and not get fired within a month; that would be embarrassing.”
Tania replied, “His work is going well. I don’t need to remind him to work hard; he is passionate and will give it his all.”
Tania was not worried about Tatum’s job.
Since childhood, Tatum had loved cooking and was very dedicated, so he wouldn’t waste such a valuable opportunity.
“As for his relationship, Mom, Tatum has only been gone a few days. How much progress can there be? Even if he’s exceptional and Elora is also wonderful, unless they experience love at first sight—which I doubt—they will need time to develop feelings. A slow and gradual approach is more suitable for them,” Tania explained.
The old lady smiled. “Just a few days? It feels like Tatum has been gone for a long time. The New Year is almost here.”
Tania responded, “I guess he won’t be back for the New Year.”
The old lady sighed. “Then our family won’t be able to reunite for the New Year this year.”
“Mom, you chose someone so far away for him. It’s your fault,” Tania teased her mother-in-law.
