Charlie stood up, navigated around the makeshift barrier of bodies, and approached the unconscious man. He grabbed the slightly curly hair of the tall figure and dragged him to the front.

The crowd was taken aback by his words, silently questioning how Charlie could blame someone for being motionless when he was the one who had knocked him out. Just as confusion settled in, they watched as Charlie lifted his foot and stomped down hard on the tall man’s right leg.
There was a sharp crack as the bone shattered.
Instantly, the man jolted awake, rolling on the ground and clutching his injured leg while crying out in agony.
The onlookers stood in stunned silence. No one expected Charlie to show such brutality to someone who was unconscious. How could he expect an unconscious person to line up when he counted to three? This wasn’t just harsh; it felt like outright bullying.
While everyone remained too shocked to react, a middle-aged white man in his fifties finally spoke up, trembling as he said, “You… you can’t treat an unconscious person like this! It’s not fair!”
“Fair?” Charlie replied, his tone calm yet firm. “As the saying goes, a gentleman’s word is hard to break. In this world, I prioritize integrity over fairness. Anyone who refuses to line up will face consequences. I will always keep my promises.”
With a frown, Charlie directed his gaze toward the older man and asked, “Old man, who are you to speak up for him now?”
The middle-aged man gathered his courage, stating, “I am a priest! A servant of God! I stand for justice!”
Charlie smirked and responded, “I’m sorry, but I’m an atheist and have no belief in God.”
“You…” the priest stammered, “Even if you don’t believe in God, you can’t blaspheme!”
Charlie chuckled and said, “You’re quite skilled at pointing fingers. When have I ever blasphemed? I simply don’t take his servants seriously.”
As he approached the priest, Charlie locked eyes with him, asking pointedly, “When did you end up in this prison?”
The priest bit his lip, anxious, and replied, “Three… three years ago…”
Charlie nodded, then inquired, “And how long have you been in this cell?”
The priest answered nervously, “Two… two years and three months…”
Charlie nodded once more, gesturing toward the man on the ground. “Given how long you’ve been here, you must have witnessed him torture many of your fellow inmates. Did you ever speak up for them?”
The priest found himself at a loss for words.
He didn’t genuinely wish to advocate for the tall, lanky man nor did he want to plead for mercy or justice on his behalf. Instead, he realized that a new era had begun within this cell. When Charlie had picked up the toilet brush from Dean’s mouth, it signified that he had ascended to power and become the new king of this place.
